Restaurant-quality dining in your chalet
I am cooking in Zermatt for the 2026 to 2027 winter season. If you are staying in a chalet or apartment, I can cook a tasting dinner for your group, look after every meal of your stay, or cook once a week so the fridge is full after the slopes.
Alpine cooking suits the mountains. I work with Valais produce such as rye bread and raclette cheese, add wild herbs and mushrooms in season, and build menus that are light enough to enjoy after a day of skiing and generous enough for a long table. Wines from the Valais, including Petite Arvine and Cornalin, pair naturally with the menu.

Do you cook in chalets without a professional kitchen?
Yes. I visit or video call before arrival, check the equipment and bring anything the kitchen lacks.
Can you cater for a full week of skiing?
Yes. Breakfast, a light lunch or apres-ski food and dinner can all be planned around your days on the mountain.
How far ahead should I book in Zermatt?
Christmas, New Year and February half-term fill early, so write as soon as you know your dates. A date is secured with a 60 percent deposit.
